What should I do to prepare for service?
We ask that the home be picked up prior to arrival. (toys, clothes, random items)
Do I have to be home during a cleaning?
You do not have to be home. If you wish to leave a note with any specific instructions you may leave it on the kitchen counter.
Do I need any supplies?
We provide all the necessary supplies and equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We do accept cash, checks, PayPal, or Venmo. However, we prefer to keep a credit card on file. An invoice will be emailed with a secure link to store your bank or credit card information.
